Motion by respondent to dismiss appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated November 16, 1962, which denied appellant’s motion to inspect Grand Jury minutes. Motion granted; appeal dismissed. The order is not appealable (Code Grim. Pro., § 517). Brennan, Acting P. J., Hill, Rabin, Hopkins and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
