Prosecution for larceny. Judgment of conviction on waiver of jury and plea of guilty. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Howard Hayes, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920. Affirmed.
