Opinion
Appeal from a judgment of the Wyoming County Court (Mark H. Dadd, J.), rendered May 25, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted rape in the second degree and attempted sexual abuse in the first degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed (see People v Hidalgo, 91 NY2d 733, 737 [1998]). Present—Scudder, P.J., Centra, Fahey, Green and Pine, JJ.
