Judgments of conviction affirmed. All concur, except Piper, J., who dissents as to defendant King and votes for reversal of the judgment of conviction as to said defendant Bing and for granting a new trial. (Appeals from judgments convicting both defendants of the crimes of conspiracy in violation of section 580 of the Penal Law, and bribery.) Present — Taylor, P. J., McCurn, Vaughan, Kimball and Piper, JJ.
