Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Queens County, rendered January 13, 1960 after a jury trial, convicting him of murder in the first degree while engaged in the eommisssion of a felony, and, upon recommendation of the jury, sentencing him to life imprisonment. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfeld, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
