Appeal by defendant from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 24, 1967, which denied his motion for a free transcript of trial minutes. Appeal dismissed. The order is not appealable (see, Code Grim. Pro., § 517). Beldock, P. J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
