Opinion

Judgment unanimously modified by reducing the sentence to not less than one year nor more than one year and six months and as so modified affirmed. This sentence to run consecutively with the sentence heretofore imposed in Queens County for the term of not less than one year nor more than two years. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P.
