Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Judgment of conviction affirmed, and the proceedings remitted to the 'county court, pursuant to section 547 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Held that the evidence clearly establishes the guilt of the defendant, and that no errors appear to have been committed upon the trial, to the substantial prejudice of the defendant, calling for a reversal of the judgment of conviction.
