Opinion

Motion by appellant to dispense with printing and for other relief on appeal from an order of the County Court, Richmond County, dated November 3, 1960, denied. This motion was ihade prior to the order of this court dated December 14, 1960, which granted the appellant’s motion to dispense with printing on his appeal from the judgment of his conviction. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
