Judgment of conviction affirmed. We find no errors or defects in the record which affect a substantial right of the defendant. (Code Crim. Proe. § 542.) All concur. (The judgment convicts defendant of the crime of robbery, first degree.) Present — Crosby, P. J., Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.
