Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, rendered October 5, 1960 after trial, convicting him of assault in the third degree, imposing a suspended sentence and placing him on probation. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Kleinfeld, Acting P. J., Christ, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
