Appeal from order entered June 16, 1968 unanimously dismissed without prejudice to an application for such relief as defendant may be advised to make upon his release from Federal custody. An order denying resentence is not appealable. Concur — Botein, P. J., Stevens, Capozzoli, Rabin and McNally, JJ.
