Opinion

Ingalls, J.

We have carefully examined this case, and have reached the conclusion that the decision is correct in regard to the merits, and is sustained by the law applicable thereto. The opinion of the learned referee indicates a thorough examination of the case, and his discussion of the questions involved is so full that nothing further need be added. The judgment should be affirmed, with costs. All concur.
