Judgment of the County Court of Nassau county, convicting the defendant of the crime of criminally withholding' stolen property, to wit, an automobile, in violation of section 1308 of the Penal Law, order denying motion to set aside the verdict and order denying motion for an arrest of judgment, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Taylor, JJ.
