Opinion

Judgment reversed and new trial ordered for failure of compliance with sections 813-f through 813-i of the Code of Criminal Procedure. People v. Brown (24 N Y 2d 168), upon which respondent mistakenly relies, did not deal with these statutory provisions, which were not in effect at the time of the conviction of defendant in that case.
