Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn [County of Bungs], convicting him of the crimes of keeping slot machines or devices and keeping a gaming and betting establishment. (Penal Law, §§ 982 and 973.) Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
