Judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lombardo, J.), rendered September 9, 1982, affirmed. 11 The issues raised by defendant have not been preserved for appellate review as a matter of law and we decline to exercise our interest of justice jurisdiction (see People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636). Titone, J. P., Mangano, Thompson and Brown, JJ., concur.
