Opinion
Judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 23, 1968, affirmed. In affirming, we have considered the additional contention set forth in defendant’s supplemental brief and reject it on both of the grounds specified in the People’s brief. Beldoek, P. J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
