Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered July 7, 1961 after a jury trial, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (People v. Brasch, 193 N. Y. 46; People v. Reade, 13 N Y 2d 42). Beldock, P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan ad Hopkins, JJ., concur.
