Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Agin, case No. 5-15-0159 (02/28/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Vara, 2018 IL 121823, on the issue of whether it has jurisdiction to address and vacate the clerk-imposed fines in this matter.
