Judgment of the County Court, Kings county, convicting the appellant of the crime of manslaughter in the second degree, and order denying motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, affirmed. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ., concur; Hagarty, J., dissents and votes to reverse and to dismiss the indictment on the ground that the defendant’s guilt was not established beyond a reasonable doubt.
