Opinion

Judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 6, 1973, affirmed. No opinion. The case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for proceedings to require appellant to surrender himself to said court in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed (GPL 460.50, subd. 5). Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Latham, Christ and Munder, JJ., concur.
