Opinion
Judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 30, 1973, affirmed (People v. Haney, 30 N Y 2d 328; People v. Pugh, 36 A D 2d 845, affd. 29 N Y 2d 909). The casp is remitted to the County Court, Suffolk County, for proceedings to direct defendant to surrender himself to said court in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed (CPL 460.50, subd, 5). Rabin, P. J., Hopkins, Munder, Shapiro and Brennan, J J., concur.
