Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 25, 1968, dismissed as moot, without costs. The judgment of •conviction has been reversed (People v. Watley, 32 A D 2d 791). Beldock, P. J., Christ, Brennan, Hopkins and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
