Opinion

Judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 1, 1966, dismissing a writ of habeas corpus, affirmed, without costs. Presumably, the board of parole will, if it has not already done so, follow the administrative procedure outlined in section 218 of the Correction Law. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Brennan, Hopkins and Munder, JJ., concur.
