Opinion

Van Brunt, P. J.

An examination of the careful opinion written by the learned referee in this case renders it entirely unnecessary for the court to reiterate the arguments so well presented by him in support of the conclusion at which he has arrived. It is sufficient, therefore, for us to say that we adopt the views expressed by the referee, and for the reasons stated by him affirm the order appealed from. The order should be affirmed with costs and disbursements. All concur.
