Motion granted insofar as to grant bail provided in sections 1276 and 1277 of the Civil Practice Act in the amount of $500, on condition that the appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant’s points to ,be served and filed on or before August 27, 1959, with notice of argument for September 8, 1959. Concur — Botein, P. J., Breitel, Rabin, Valente and McNally, JJ.
