? a habeas corpus proceeding, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 24, 1976, which denied the application, remanded petitioner to present custody and directed that the Parole Board afford petitioner a final parole revocation hearing. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements (see Moody v Daggett, 45 US LW 4017). Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Cohalan, Damiani and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
