Opinion
Order entered May 9, 1917 [See 178 App. Div. 301] modified so as to provide that in case the appellant shall neglect or fail to purchase the rights, easements, etc., of the relator as provided in the original order of the Special Term within thirty days after entry and service of a copy of this order, he shall in that case immediately commence proceedings in condemnation as provided by the order of the Special Term.
