Opinion

Memorandum. The sole issue raised by this case is the constitutionality of sections 220.16 and 70.00 of the Penal Law, which has been fully discussed in People v Broadie (37 NY2d 100, cert den 423 US 950). Hence, the judgment should be affirmed.
