Order unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: The only issue raised by the petitioner in his petition is the failure to comply with section 335-b of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The record shows substantial compliance with the code, and the order dismissing the writ should be affirmed. (Appeal from order of Cayuga County Court dismissing writ of habeas corpus.)
