Application, pursuant to CPLR 7002 (subd [b], par 2) for writ of habeas corpus denied. Petitioner’s contentions regarding the application of jail time credit to reduce his sentence are without merit (Penal Law, § 70.30, subd 3; Correction Law, § 212). Greenblott, J. P., Mahoney, Main, Larkin and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
