Appeal by relator from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered December 21, 1959, dismissing a writ of habeas corpus and remanding relator to the custody of respondent as Warden of Green Haven Prison. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Beldoek, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
