— In two habeas corpus proceedings, relator appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered respectively June 29, 1964 and September 16, 1964 after a hearing, each of which dismissed the writ and remanded him to the custody of respondent. Judgments affirmed (see People ex rel. Prince v. Brophy, 273 N. Y. 90; People ex rel. Wachowicz v. Martin, 293 N. Y. 361). Ughetta, Acting P. J., Christ, Hill, Rabin and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
