Appeal from an order denying an application in the nature of prohibition and directing the County Court of Dutchess County, the County Judge of Dutchess County, and the District Attorney of Dutchess County to proceed with the trial of a person charged with murder in the first degree. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P, J., Beldock, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
