Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the December 3, 1997 Appellate Division order that dis[874]*874missed the petition for a writ of habeas corpus, denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remainder of the December 3, 1997 order and the April 7, 1998 order do not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
