Opinion
— In a habeas corpus proceeding, the relator appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 11, 1958, entered July 15, 1958, dismissing the writ of habeas corpus and remanding him to custody. The relator’s notice of appeal erroneously describes the order as one dated February 2, 1959; there is no such order in the record. Order, dated July 11, 1958, affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
