Opinion

In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 20, 1963, which dismissed the writ after a hearing and remanded him to the custody of the respondent. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. (See People ex rel. Wilkes v. Doherty, 25 A D 2d 451.)
