Opinion

In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from an alleged order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, made on or about April 27, 1961 after a hearing, which dismissed the writ. Appeal dismissed. There is no such order in the papers before us. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfold, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur; Hill, J., not voting.
