Application, considered asmne to treat appellant’s November 8,1973 application as a notice of appeal and, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (subd. [a] )> to extend the time for filing a notice of appeal, granted to the extent that the November 8, 1973 application is deemed a notice of appeal which was timely served and the timé to file a notice of appeal is extended to March 8,1974.
