People ex rel. Dixon v. O'Donnell, 11 A.D.2d 1063, 208 N.Y.S.2d 439, 1960 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 7558 (N.Y. Ct. App. 1960).
Opinion
Motion to dispense with printing on an appeal from an order dismissing a writ of habeas corpus, denied. It appears that the relator has since been released from the custody of the respondent. Hence, the question of whether the writ was properly dismissed is now academic. Nolan, P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
