Opinion

-In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 21, 1966, dismissing the writ. Appeal dismissed, without costs. Relator received his unconditional release from State prison on January 8, 1967, rendering the present appeal moot. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
