Appeal from an order dismissing a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant alleged an error in fixing sentence. Application for rehearing should be made to the court which fixed the sentence. (Matter of Lyons v. Goldstein, 290 N. Y. 19.) Order affirmed. All concur. [See post, p. 939.]
