In a tax cer[831]*831tiorari proceeding, order granting a motion by the owners of real property and directing a refund of real estate taxes to such owners without requiring the production of the consent of appellant, a mortgagee, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to petitioners-respondents. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
