Opinion

Appeal by relator from an order of Justice Imrie dismissing a writ of habeas corpus, entered in Washington County Clerk’s Office, July 1, 1946. Relator was convicted upon two counts in the indictment, namely, burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the first degree. The sentence imposed on March 14, 1927, was for a term of not less than ten years and not more than twenty years. Order affirmed. All concur. [186 Misc. 912.]
