— In a habeas corpus proceeding, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), dated May 27, 1982, which dismissed the proceeding. Appeal dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements. The appellant is no longer incarcerated. O’Connor, J. P., Weinstein, Bracken and Boyers, JJ., concur.
