Opinion

Considering all the relevant factors, we find that the order fixing assessed valuations of the property involved should be further modified so as to fix the same as follows:

Land Building Total

$150,000 $200,000 $350,000

for each of the three years in dispute. As so modified the order is unanimously affirmed, without costs to either party. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Peek, JJ.
