Opinion

Appeal from an order of the Special Term of the Supreme Court, New York county, reducing an assessment made by defendants for the year 1934 on certain real property, after trial of a proceeding by writ of certiorari. Relator is the lessee of, and is obligated to pay the taxes on the property affected in the proceeding. Order unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
