OPINION BY ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE PAGE

As the result of a successful Board-facilitated mediation conducted July 24-28, 2023, the parties have resolved their dispute. By motion dated August 8, 2023, they request that the Board enter judgment in favor of appellant in the captioned appeals. It is the Board’s decision, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. §§ 7105(e), 7108(b), and the parties’ stipulation and agreement, that the appeal is sustained. In the nature of a consent judgment, the Board makes a monetary award to appellant in the amount of $5,000,000. Interest shall be paid on this amount pursuant to 41 U.S.C. § 7109 beginning 121 days after the date of this judgment until the date of payment.
