It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the orders of the said Public Utilities Commission of Ohio be, and the same are hereby, affirmed on authority of Hocking Valley Ry. Co. v.Public Utilities Commission, 121 Ohio St. 268, 167 N.E. 879.
